Direct Booking Savings	Save 10% off the daily rate with coupon code DirectSave when booking directly with us. Plus, receive an additional 3% payment savings when using fee-free payment methods (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or ACH). Total potential savings: up to 13%.
Discount Eligibility	Direct booking discounts apply only to reservations made directly with us and cannot be combined with VRBO or other third-party platform bookings. If a reservation originates from VRBO or another booking platform, the discount will be voided and the discounted amount will be added back to the reservation balance and immediately due.
Booking Rules	June–August: Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. All other dates: 3-night minimum stay required.
Payment Methods	Fee-free payments accepted via Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or ACH. Credit cards accepted with a 3% processing fee.
Booking Deposit	1% non-refundable deposit due at booking to secure your selected dates.
Payment Schedule	At booking: 1% non-refundable deposit. 30 days before arrival: Remaining balance due in full. Reservations within 30 days: Full payment required at booking.
Late Payment	Failure to complete payments by the required due dates may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy	More than 30 days before arrival: Refund of all payments except the 1% non-refundable booking deposit. Within 30 days of arrival: No refund.
Cancellation Notice	All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
