TopsailBest.com offers vacation rental accommodations, including the property located at:
1763 New River Inlet Rd
North Topsail Beach, North Carolina
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that property descriptions, photographs, amenities, rates, and availability are accurate. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a booking.
A reservation is confirmed only after:
Payment of the required booking deposit;
Acceptance of the Vacation Rental Agreement;
Acceptance of the House Rules;
Confirmation from the Owner or Property Manager.
We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Rental rates, cleaning fees, taxes, and other applicable charges are displayed during the booking process.
Prices are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed.
Applicable state and local taxes will be collected as required by law.
Reservations require the following payment schedule:
1% non-refundable booking deposit at the time of booking.
49% of the total rental amount due 60 days before check-in.
Remaining 50% due 30 days before check-in.
Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in cancellation of the reservation.
A $500 security deposit authorization may be placed on the Guest's credit card on or after the check-in date.
This authorization is a temporary hold and is not an immediate charge.
If damage, excessive cleaning, unauthorized occupancy, smoking violations, missing items, or other charges permitted under the Vacation Rental Agreement are identified, all or part of the authorization may be captured.
If no charges are incurred, the authorization will be released in accordance with the policies of the Guest's financial institution.
Our cancellation policy is:
More than 60 days before arrival: Refund of all payments except the 1% non-refundable booking deposit.
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: Refund of 50% of amounts paid, excluding the booking deposit.
Within 30 days of arrival: No refund.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Every reservation is subject to our Vacation Rental Agreement.
By completing a reservation, Guests agree to be legally bound by the terms of that Agreement.
Guests must comply with all House Rules provided before or during their stay.
Violation of House Rules may result in additional charges, immediate termination of occupancy, or both.
The individual making the reservation must:
Be at least 25 years of age;
Be present during the rental period;
Accept responsibility for all occupants and visitors.
The following are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing:
Parties or events;
Excessive noise;
Illegal activities;
Smoking or vaping inside the Property;
Unauthorized pets;
Commercial photography or filming.
You agree not to:
Use the Website for unlawful purposes;
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
Introduce malicious software or interfere with Website operations;
Copy or reproduce Website content without permission.
All content on this Website, including photographs, logos, graphics, text, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to TopsailBest.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Information collected through this Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopsailBest.com, the Property Owner, and any Property Manager shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
Use of the Website;
Reservation delays or interruptions;
Utility or internet outages;
Weather events;
Acts of nature;
Third-party service failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate court located in the county where the Property is located, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on this Website.
